Mark your calendars with the following upcoming events:
- Sundays: Tonight at 6:00, Bible Study of Ezekiel with Pastor John.
- Tuesdays: at 6:30 AM at LLWC – join other men for prayer and share time.
- Wednesdays: Bible Study at 6:00 PM. Esther. And Prayer Meeting at 7:00 PM at NUMC.
- Creche Opening: Friday Dec. 4 – 7:15 AM at the Long Lake Town Hall. After the opening of the creche, please join us for the Adirondack Singers, “Music for the Holidays” concert sponsored by the Long Lake Friends of Music at the United Methodist Church at 7:30 PM. Light refreshments will be served after the concert.
- Sat. December 5: Men’s Pancake Breakfast at 8:30. Then everyone helps to decorate the church at 10:00 AM.
- Poinsettias: You may buy a poinsettia to honor the memory of a loved one, and help decorate the church for the Christmas season. We’re checking the price, but they’ve been $10 in previous years. Contact Margaret or contact us to reserve a poinsettia.
- Gocke Open House: December 22 at 6:30 PM at 1116 Deerland Road.
- Christmas Eve: Community Christmas Eve Service at 7:00 PM at LLWC. Invite someone to come with you!
- End of Year Giving needs: Consider giving toward a second projector for the LLWC sanctuary, two garage doors for the Parsonage’s garage, two window inserts for the old nursery room. You can donate online with any major credit card via the Donate button on the right side of the screen, or send a check to LLWC, PO Box 322, Long Lake, NY 12847. All donations are tax-deductible.
