Here are the announcements for this week:
Food Pantry needs. Please remember to provide things that kids like to eat! See the attached list. The Food Pantry is open Saturdays from 9:00-12:00, or by appointment by contacting Pastor John. We need volunteers to come Saturday mornings to help with the Food Pantry!
New back door: We’re planning to install new back doors and improve the back entryway to the church. It’ll cost about $15,000 and we’re looking for sponsors / donations. Every little bit helps, and Pastor says he’ll put your name on a brick!
- Sundays: You can now watch the service live on Sundays at 11:00 AM at http://llwesleyan.com/.
- Tuesday: Newcomb Beach Service: 6:00 PM. Invite your friends for food, music and fellowship time. Hotdogs and drink provided; bring a dish to pass.
- Wednesday: Prayer Meeting at 6:00 PM at LLWC.
- Wednesday: Prayer Meeting at NUMC at 6:00 PM.
- Saturday: LLWC Weekly Prayer for the service at 6:00 PM.
- Combined Long Lake services this summer: August 13th, and August 27th at 11:00 AM at the Sabattis Pavillion. Sunday School will start at 9:45 AM at LLWC.
- Vacation Bible School at NUMC: August 14-18 9:00-11:30 AM. If you need a ride, contact the church at 624-2411.
- Newcomb Beach Service: August 22nd at 6:00 PM. Invite your friends for food, music and fellowship time. Hotdogs and drink provided; bring a dish to pass.
- September 3: Fellowship potluck lunch after worship (about 12:15) at LLWC. Everyone is welcome, no matter which church you attend!
