Today we prayed for the people and country of Spain. We watched the Prayercast video here. Pray for Jesus to be made known among the millions of immigrants, many of whom are Muslim. Please keep Spain and her people in your prayers.
Pastor John’s trip to Israel: October is Pastor Appreciation month. What better way to show your appreciation of Pastor John than to help finance his trip to Israel! We had a very productive day in the Community Garden, harvesting carrots, potatoes, leeks, squash, dill, turnips, lots of smiles, and probably a few blisters. About 40 workers harvested over 2000 lbs of carrots and about 50 bushels of potatoes. Thanks to all for your help! You can see some photos of today’s work here. The cabbage is still to be harvested. And many thanks to Chris, Cynthia, and Caleb for all of their hard work!
