Today we prayed for the people of Egypt. We watched the Prayercast video here. “The people are real. The church is under fire. The opportunities are tremendous. God is able” (http://prayercast.com/egypt.html).
Pastor John’s trip to Israel: we have two new developments: Turkey is not currently allowing Americans into their country, so that part of the trip has been cancelled. This lowers the price of the trip. And with a few more donations, the entire cost of the trip for Pastor John, James & Peter is now covered! Thank you all for making this possible!
- Sundays: You can now watch the service live on Sundays at 11:00 AM at http://llwesleyan.com/.
- Sunday: Bible Study featuring Jonathan Cahns “Mysteries” of the Bible. Video and discussion group at LLWC at 6:00 PM.
- Wednesday: Womens’ Bible Study will not meet until further notice.
- Wednesday: Prayer Meeting at 6:00 PM at LLWC.
- Wednesday: Prayer Meeting at NUMC at 7:00 PM.
- Thursday: LLWC Women’s Bible Study at 10:00 AM.
- Saturday, November 18: Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for shut-ins.
- Saturday: Weekly prayer for the service at LLWC at 6:00 PM.
- November 19: Operation Christmas Child Boxes will be taken to Schroon Lake on November 19th. Please have them to NUMC prior to the 19th if you plan to participate this year. See samaritanspurse.org for details.
- November 29: NUMC will be decorating for Christmas at 10:00 AM. Please bring your own lunch. We need men to bring items out of storage, and we also need decorators.
