Here are the announcements for this week:
Today we prayed for the people of India. We watched the Prayercast video here. “Pray for the cultural barriers of the caste system and Hinduism to be overcome by the Gospel.” Pastor reminded us that we are a church of Philadelphia — a church of brotherly love and missions. Our prayers are heard and felt overseas!

- Sunday: Open House tonight at the LLWC Parsonage. Come join us for some snacks, desserts, and fellowship: 5:00-8:00 PM.
- Tuesday: CUMC Board Meeting at 4:00 PM.
- Tuesday: Come meet newlyweds Tim and Veronica (Thompson) van Schuylenberg at LLWC at 5:30 PM. Gift registry is located at Amazon.com under Veronica Thompson (Montana). Please remember that they will be flying, so gift cards and checks are acceptable. This will be a festive time of appetizers, dinner and fun.

- Saturday: Weekly prayer for the service at LLWC at 6:00 PM.
- December 24: Christmas Eve Service at NUMC at 4:00 PM.
- December 24: Christmas Eve Service at LLWC at 6:00 PM.
- Friday, December 29: Free showing of the movie, “Jonah” — a Sight & Sound Theaters musical production. Refreshments will be served.
- February 18-26: Pray for Pastor John, James & Peter as they travel to Israel. You can see their itinerary here.
