September 30

Just then a woman who had suffered for twelve years with constant bleeding came up behind him. She touched the fringe of his robe, for she thought, ‘If I can just touch his robe, I will be healed.’ Jesus turned around, and when he saw her he said, ‘Daughter, be encouraged! Your faith has made you well.’ And the woman was healed at that moment (Matthew 9:20-22 NLT).

This is a great project for girl scouts or Community Service hours. Join us at 10:00 AM as we start making dresses for little girls. If you are able, please bring: sturdy cotton fabric, trim, double wide bias tape, elastic, sewing machine, iron and ironing board. We’ll meet in the Community Room of the Tupper Lake Public Library, 41 Lake St., Tupper Lake NY 12986 (enter by the lower-back entrance).
