Join us this Sunday when Pastor Andy shares a message called “The Principle of First” from Genesis 4:3-5 and Exodus 13:11-15.

    • Freedom Prayer Course continues this Sunday 12:45pm to 2:45pm immediately following the morning service.
      • Bring your own lunch.
      • *Our normal ” first of the month potlucks” will resume Sunday, April 7!
    • Prayer Ministry: Wednesday is Prayer & Fasting Day 5:00 PM Pre-service Prayer; 6:00 PM Prayer Meeting.

LOOKING AHEAD

    • LAST CHANCE TO REGISTER! – EXCEL NORTH – District Church Health Conference for All Ages!
          • Leadership training for both pastors and lay people including children and youth!
          • So far seven people have registered for this excellent event.
          • “From whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love” (Ephesians 4:16).
          • As the body of Christ, we believe in reaching all those who are far from God with the life transforming message of Jesus. We do this by all the ways we volunteer and serve within our local church. But just like Jesus, we must pray, refresh and recharge.
          • May we come together through Excel where we can share ideas, be refreshed, encouraged, celebrate wins and be challenged to dream of how we can reach one more at any cost!

            • Cash can be given to our treasurer Barb Carney.
            • All registration money will first go to Long Lake Wesleyan, then Barb will write one check for the entire amount and will send it to the district.

    • NEW 21 DAY FAST Monday, March 4 through Sunday, March 24.
      • You are encouraged to make two commitments:
      • Daily fast food.
        • Suggestions:  dessert, one meal, something you normally eat every day.
      • Daily fast media.
        • Suggestions:  social media, movies, Netflix, YouTube, news, etc.

THOT:  Announce a time of fasting; call the people together for a solemn meeting. Bring the leaders and all the people of the land into the Temple of the Lord your God, and cry out to him there (Joel 1:14 NLT).
