On May 27, thirty-five people from Newcomb & Long Lake churches gathered on Steinfeld Lane to plant 2300 row feet of potatoes! And then Cynthia and Chris planted another 1000 row feet of potatoes at their house (that’s over double our normal production!). Nobody died of blood loss from the black flies, and we demonstrated again that many hands make light work! Thanks for your help! The next project is to plant broccoli and cabbage about mid-June; date to be announced.
